Hello, everyone!
I decided to try out OpenShot Video Editor. I’ve only done a couple of tests with it, but it does have some features I think will make my YouTube offerings a bit more polished and fun to watch.
For one thing, I can drop an actual video over my puppet now. I could do reviews if I wanted. It appears it will be good for the new Picture Music Videos I was planning, too. My only complaint thus far is the audio is sorta delayed and that’s annoying, but worst case I can mute the audio and work on visuals knowing what clips I have. I’ve got more tests to run and practice to get in before first.
I think I could also drop my puppets over video, provided I leave the transparency on the image. It might be worth trying out.
What does this mean for you? It means that new, experimental videos will be coming to my channels. I’m considering what I might be able to pull off with this. Book trailers? Read-Along Stories? We’ll have to see.
Check ya later!
