Most of you are aware I currently hold down a “second job”. I call it this because I refuse to fall into the trap of seeing my creative career as secondary. For over a year, I have worked as a “Service Champion” at Taco Bell in Circleville, Ohio. Today is my last day there.
Tomorrow, I will start work at Pettit’s IGA* in my town. This means changes to my schedule and my free time. I’ll still be working an eight-hour shift, but my hours are no longer locked in place by my need to work around having a ride.
This means my release schedule will have to work around my new hours. It might take me anywhere from a week to a month to adjust. On the plus side, I no longer have a thirty-minute trip to and from work, which should translate into more free time if I can manage it.
This is just a heads up, thank you for sticking with me.
